Weekly Round Up: Sixty-Eight…

That Good Week…

– Getting a new PR on my 5k and 10k (check out my Strava here)

– Enjoying my weekend in Dubai and being able to concentrate on my own personal development

– Seeing some progress in muscle definition (I think)

That Bad Week…

-Being super busy with work, gym, learning, home-life that I had a little mid-week struggle

– Snacking when I’m tired and grumpy lol!


Next Week…

Next week actually feels like it’s going to be a bit more relaxed for me actually! Which seems very appealing right now. Of course I still have gym and choreography to learn and stuff, but I don’t have the added extra of a course in Dubai at the weekend etc.

The one thing I do have? My body composition test on Thursday morning, which of course I am already anxious about – but hopefully we will see some good changes this month. I feel like I have tried really hard, both with exercise and food, as I upped my cardio and played with my macros. We can only wait and see at the end of this week!
