How Many Calories…?!!

Now that I’ve been using my lovely Apple Watch for a while, I really like looking back on a week and seeing how many calories I’ve burned in relation to my food intake.

Here’s last weeks:

Sunday// 1661 eaten – 1725 burned = -64 cals

Monday// 1683 – 2103 = -420 cals

Tuesday// 1522 – 2343 = -821 cals

Wednesday// 1671 – 2024 = -353 cals

Thursday// 1665- 2158 = -493 cals

Friday// 1658- 1858= -200 cals

Saturday// 1603 – 1947 = -344 cals

That’s a total of 2695 calories deficit in a typical week.

Now. We all know that burning 3500 extra calories is worth a loss of 1 pound of fat. So, with my typical week, I am looking at around 0.7-0.8 lbs. If I stay on track for 4 weeks, then this should equate to around 3lbs. Losing 3lbs (approx. 1kg) of fat a month would be amazing progress, bringing my body fat percentage down from 19.4 to 18%.

I don’t have my weigh-in until next week, but I am hoping for sub- 19%.
