Weekly Round Up: Sixty-Seven…

That Good Week…

– Getting a PR on my 5k and 10k (check out my Strava here)

– Enjoying a #ZomatoMeetup at Nandos (mmmm)

– Making INCREDIBLE healthy pancakes for pancake day

– Staying on track with my nutrition throughout the whole week (though temptation has been SHOVED in my face throughout)

– Finishing my choreography for my exams (now I’ve just got to learn it!!)

That Bad Week…

-Being pretty damn tired some days!

– Snacking during food prep, leading to me having to change around my meals all the time lol!


Next Week…

Next week is another busy week for me. Gym, work, meetings in Dubai, course in Dubai and a bunch of other stuff to keep me occupied! The last 6 weeks from the beginning of the year have been a bit of a whirlwind, but all of the rushing around, late nights, early mornings and a slightly stressful me will all pay off in the end!!
