This week I have changed my macros around slightly to try and make some changes. In Februarys Body Update, you’ll see that not much happened in the month of January, so a little macro switch up and we’ll see how it goes…!

So, after all of that, we can look at the weekly round up. Obviously the weekend made a huge difference, but it was just one of those times where we let the fun take over and we had a little treat. I’m sure it’s not done toooo much damage, and I’m right back on it for this week 🙂

  1. Everyone is weight and fitness conscious these days with good reason. I am impressed by people who take the time to track their fold intake and reflect on their progress. I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t want to check this out.
