That Bad Week…

– Nothing to do with me, but Alan Rickman passing away 😦 RIP

– Not feeling any kind of muscular pain/ache from my workouts this week. I don’t know if that’s good or bad…


NextΒ Week…

Next weekΒ I’m looking forward to hopefully getting some new exercises into my sessions at Le Meridien. Is it really bad that I’m feeling a tinge of boredom by the end of week 2?! I’m happy with the food plan for the coming week – but I know that the weekend is going to be pretty difficult so I am really going to focus on getting the right macros in throughout. Take it slow, log the foods before I eat them and make sure everything is on point. I’ve got a couple of other things going on as well, but I’ll let you know about them when they come πŸ˜‰
