Yup! Don’t they look fabulous? I’ve made a couple of edits since the first recipe I posted (new and improved me thinks)!

Here’s the stupidly simple recipe…

(Makes 22 truffles)

1/2 cup Almond Flour

2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder

1/2 cup (125g) Nut Butter (I used Peanut Butter)

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1/4 cup Sesame Seeds

1/4 cup 100% Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

3 Tbsp Raw Honey

1 – 2 Tbsp Date Syrup (or chopped up dates melted into the coconut oil & honey)

– If necessary, melt the honey, dates and coconut oil together in a pan on low heat

– Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until it forms together in a crumbly dough

– Use a tablespoon measure to scoop a portion out of the bowl, and use your hands to form into a ball. This will keep the truffles all the same size

– Roll your truffles in extra toppings (for example, sesame seeds, cacao powder, chia seeds, desiccated coconut)

– Pop them in a container and enjoy at will! If you want your truffles a bit firmer, store in the fridge (this will solidify the coconut oil and harden them up)
