Obviously this week was going to be a bit different to other weeks, as it was only bloomin’ Christmas wasn’t it!!

So I’m really happy with how this week has gone! I kept my fats in the right area for all of the days that I was logging, which was sometimes a challenge but I got it done 🙂

 Next weeks focus is all the same apart from New Years Eve which I won’t be logging. Keep the fats and bay and macros on point! Ooooooosh
