That 58th Exercise Diary…

FINALLY back into the swing of things. I’ve learned (the hard way) that pushing myself too hard in respect to the amount of gym sessions I do in a week really puts me off and effectively causes me to pretty much quit exercise – so I am pacing myself and ensuring that the quality of the workouts is there, instead of focusing on the quantity.

So as you can see – I’m doing quite a mix of exercises. So far it’s keeping me interested and so I really can’t complain about that. I’m steadily losing the weight I put on during November, and hopefully the inches are going down as well (though I won’t find out those until the end of December)

Same again next week me thinks!!
