The Good, The Bad & The Photos…

That Good Week…

– Enjoying time with George & Emily

– Enjoying the week with Matt’s parents

– Experiencing my first F1 at Yas Marina Circuit

– Getting back on the bike on Tuesday morning, after 14 whole days of no exercise (naaaaughty)

– Enjoying a strong body combat class on Friday morning

– Getting back into the healthy eating game after a good few weeks off!!

That Bad Week…

– Completely letting myself go, which pretty much snow-balled for most of November (but I’m back on track so yay me!!)


Next Week…

I have never been so excited to say that I am back into the gym and food prep and cooking fresh and exercising and riding the bike and going for runs and all of the amazing-ness that is being HEALTHY. I kind of regret giving myself last month ‘off’ but I also think that it’s done me the world of good to realise that I just wouldn’t be happy going back to the old me, and that this is truly a lifestyle, not just a fad.

I have enjoyed this month and seeing my friends and Matt’s family, but I am really ready to get back into routine and a bit of normality! You may or may not know,  but me and Matt are trying out the Paleo Diet this December (bar Xmas day of course) and so far it’s going well!! I’ll of course keep you all updated to our progress over the next couple of weeks!!
