Body Update: December

Remember last month when I said I was taking this month as a bit of a ‘break’? To re-focus and re-cooperate…? Boy do I regret it lol!

It’s been a month of visitors, and so it would have been difficult to not have a little break from it all, but I maybe took it a touch too far…

Well. Over half a stone up and measurements that suck arse. What else can I say about that one…


I’m really sorry, but I didn’t take my progress photos this month. I’ll be honest with you, I don’t even like looking in the mirror right now. Telling myself that I needed a month ‘off’ to re-focus turned into a month of just doing whatever I wanted. I’ll pick the pictures back up next month – but I honestly couldn’t even face it this month…


The Plan Going Forward…

Seeing these changes from a month off of tracking food and 2 weeks off of exercise real hammers it home that this isn’t just something that can be picked up and put down whenever and wherever you want. It’s a LIFESTYLE and I just tend to forget that sometimes.

SO! We know I do rubbish without a plan – and so a plan I have! Back to one of my old favourite workout programmes – BodyBuilding.com Elite Body 4 Week Fitness Trainer. This plan is completely perfect for getting me back on track and back into the fitness game. I’ll team this with some cycling with Matt and fingers crossed I’ll be ready to start with my personal trainer in January!!!
