Yup. That happened

I didn’t expect much from the week with the arrival of George on Wednesday and spending the weekend in Dubai… and I wasn’t wrong in thinking that way either.

That’s my first week in a VERY long time where I haven’t worked out at least three times and I can really feel it. Pair that with brunches and dinners out and it’s a recipe for feeling a bit rubbish!

    1. Thanks so much 🙂 yeah those weeks just kinda happen and I knew it was going to anyways so it’s not a surprise. I’m definitely going to be able to improve next week so looking forward to that!!
