Yeah, it’s not been the most perfect week – but that was the whole point of it. I needed a bit of a blow-out…and that’s what I had! I’m now more than ready to jump back onto the bandwagon and eat clean and healthy until my friend arrives in a week and a half (and it’ll all go downhill again lol)
