Random Weights Session
This was due to be a rest week, and I took that VERY seriously lol! I’m not annoyed of upset that I haven’t been to the gym 5 or 6 times, I need a rest and a bit of a blowout to get my head back in the game. I’ve really enjoyed my weekend and all I want to do now is get back in the gym and back out on the bike this week.
Another week and a half until my friend gets here, and believe me that’s going to be a blowout weekend – so I am on the straight and narrow until then!
