I’ve really been struggling for the past couple of weeks – treating myself more often and giving myself excuses. I keep writing here every week that I am ready to change and to finish off the 12 weeks strong – but in all reality I don’t really feel that way lol!

With the ‘weigh-in’ coming a week on Tuesday, I know I’ve got a chance for a last ditch attempt at making sure everything on the body composition test is better than what it was last time around, I just need to try and change my mindset for the last.nine.bloody.days! Coming to the end of a plan with no end product isn’t really all that motivational – and I think that is something I have learned from doing this. It’s not like gearing up for a competition or a challenge, all that’s going to happen is that I am going to post my one year blogs and tell you all how far I’ve come. Not exactly fireworks, hey?
