Bringing in some of the workouts from previous weeks has helped me get a couple done, but I think that my mindset has completely gone for this regime. I don’t feel motivated and I know I’m not putting 100% into the gym sessions.

The cycling is going well – it’s something new and different and I do look forward to getting out and getting on the bike. Strava really helps me because I’m always looking at beating my times from previous rides.
