How bloomin’ exciting!!
I am so incredibly excited to be here for the very first fitness festival in Dubai. Sponsored by Etisalat, the Fitness Festival is coming to Dubai Autodrome from the 5th-7th November – and YOU could be there!
Now, if you don’t know much about the Etisalat Fitness Festival, let me give it to you in a nutshell. The fitness festival is pretty much split into 2 sections; the Fitness Expo and the Fitness Challenges.
The Expo is going to be incredible! Over 200 brands showcasing at the Autodrome, all focusing on pushing people towards a fitter and healthier life. There’ll also be a Super-Gym, Super Studio, the Main Stage and 10 activity zones. I’m already worn out just thinking about it!
The Main Stage will host a variety of super-fit celebrities, athletes and coaches – all giving presentations and master classes to the crowds. Fancy learning some insider secrets? The main stage is the place to be.
The INBA Natural Body Building Championships will be taking place at the Dubai Fitness Festival. Remember that PT I worked out with a few months ago? Yup, he’ll be there competing with the rest of them!
You can meet the World’s Fittest Woman too! Canadian CrossFit athlete Camille Leblanc-Bazinet will be at the Etisalat Fitness Festival, presenting masterclasses and giving her insight into how she became an elite athlete.
Make sure you get involved in the Fitness First Fit Factor if you’re in for a bit of competition. You can test your muscular strength with the Bench Press Challenge, or virtually climb to the top of the Burj Khalifa using the Life Fitness Power Mill.
There’s so much going on at the Etisalat Fitness Festival, and to think that it’s only in it’s first year!!
And don’t worry, if you’re taking the kids along – they’ll have plenty to do as well!!
