I know this week wasn’t perfect – but it definitely hasn’t been as bad as previous weeks. Eating out at the Golf Club for lunch when I’ve had meetings etc meant that I made a couple of choices I maybe shouldn’t have (damn you yummy chicken panini) but all in all I think I’ve done OK. I’m 95% eat clean, so I can’t really complain about what I’m doing.

Next week, as always, is going to be focused on staying on track. Keep your fingers crossed for me..!!
