That 48th Exercise Diary…

Even though I feel absolutely knackered at the end of this week – I’m still annoyed that I haven’t been able to get all of my workouts in. I can’t really use running my event on Friday as an excuse because that’s just one day. I annoy myself because if Matt doesn’t wanna go work out, then I go ‘bugger it’ and don’t bother either. My motivation is sometimes so bad lol!!

Annoyingly I didn’t get all of my workouts in this week, which makes me sad. But I think there comes a stage where you just have to realise when you just can’t do anymore (and that you need to take that extra hour in bed).

This week is the start of Week 9 – which is super scary because there are even more workouts to fit in. Along with what I’ve been doing so far, I’ve got HIIT sessions on top of it all. I’ve realised that I’ve just got to make time to do it, rather than make excuses…

3-4 Resistance Sessions

2-3 LISS Sessions

1-2 HIIT Sessions

So all in all, I should be doing NINE workouts this week. NINE!!! That’s mental lol! But I am really going to give it my all to make it work. I think that this is obviously the part of the plan where changes can really be made, so I am going to rope in Matt and make sure he works out as much as I need to!

We’ll see what next week brings….!

  1. Don’t beat yourself up 🙂 I used to be a fitness model and everyone has their ups and downs . You’re awesome. (I’m now nearly 16 weeks pregnant and just walking has become hard work! Lol) x good luck next week x
