With my family visiting this week, I’ve been doing my best to stay as healthy as possible, but allowing myself to indulge at the right times. It’s been difficult to make the right decisions and I’ve tried my hardest to keep it under control. Fingers crossed not too much damage has been made.

Another week of Kayla’s Bikini Body Guide done! That’s three weeks down and just 9 left until my first full year as a blogger. EEEEEK!

I know that there have been a few indulgences this week – but if you can’t enjoy yourself when your family come to visit then when can you? I took mum for her birthday treat at the Guylian Cafe and then we went to Brunch at the Ritz in Abu Dhabi on Friday. I completely understand that there are times when you just need to say “I’m going to enjoy this” and those were the times.

We are heading over to Dubai on Wednesday for the last 2 days of my family’s holiday – so I am going to focus on keeping my nutrition strong.
