So we have totally moved into our apartment now and we have our own gym and everything – how bloody exciting!
We live on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, and I’ve only checked out one of the FIVE gyms we have available here so far.

I didn’t go to the gym – but we did run around Yas Waterworld ALL DAY!!! So I am classing that as a LISS session.
45 Minutes LISS (stationary bike)
All in all it’s been a good week for exercise. I’ve managed to get everything in that I needed to do. It’s been quite a tiring week with my family visiting and doing a bunch of stuff every day – so I am actually pretty worn out sat writing this!
Next week we are on to Week FOUR of Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide (you can read my take on the programme here) and also heading towards my end-of-the-month post! Same old same old right now where I don’t feel any different, but all I can do is wait for measurements at the end of this week and see where we are at. My mum and sister go home at the end of this week so I think here’s where it’s really going to hit! I will finally be able to prep food properly, plan properly and get myself to that happy place of being content with my diet and exercise regime. I am so looking forward to it!
As you’ll see from my food diary this week – it hasn’t been perfect – leaving me feeling a bit lethargic. But I’m doing OK and I am ready to go next week!!!
