We’re still at the Crowne Plaza Yas Island for the time being, so that’s where our gym is at, but we did have a little visit to Dubai and stayed in the Sofitel Downtown Dubai – so one little gym session there too!

All in all it’s been a good week. Considering we’ve been busy in Dubai and moving house in Abu Dhabi – I’ve managed all of this weeks workouts and I am ready and raring to go next week!
My mum and sister are here now for two weeks – but I’ll still be working out as much as I can! We’ll be exploring different places as well, so a lot of walking will be done!
On to the next one….
