But Where’s Sunday…?

Okay – Living in the UAE brings it’s changes. Like the weekend being Friday and Saturday, and the working week starting again on Sunday. This means my diaries need to change to reflect this. So from this week onwards, my diaries will run Sunday-Saturday (though I’ll probably still post them up on a Sunday so that I can get a complete week in there food/exercise wise).


I’m actually really happy with this week. It could have gone SO wrong, but it really didn’t. I stuck to my guns and even on the biggest hangover, just had a Subway type thing (Which Wich)

As I’ve mentioned in my other posts – from Tuesday I am 12 weeks out of my full year ‘transformation’. I’m taking the next weeks to the next level – exercise and nutritionally. Watch this space!
