That 39th Food Diary…

This week I’ve gone in with a different approach. I want to eat foods that generally don’t have an ingredient list – so fresh clean foods with no added salt, sugar or stuff that I can’t event pronounce. Yeah, this meant spending a little more time in the supermarket looking at the back of tins to make sure salt/sugar etc wasn’t added, but I think it actually made me feel better, knowing that I was eating purer foods. I should have been doing this all along lol.

I’m really happy with this week. Impressed with myself that I said no to birthday cake and bad food on Saturday when we were at McGettigan’s (though Matt had a burger, fries AND birthday cake)…and I also didn’t give in to a bit of a hangover on Saturday morning and ate my Proats like a good girl (though Matt had a FULL ENGLISH & croissants). Very proud of myself 🙂
