This weeks been a toughie all round. We’ve become a bit complacent and towards the end of the week it just all went downhill. But writing this, I am now so ready to get back on track good and proper. A good ol’ binge can sometimes help you get back on track, and I think this one has!

 I actually don’t know whats wrong with me lol! I do so well then I go and bugger it right up!! I’ve managed to get my sweet tooth back somehow and it’s really taken a hold. I need to get back off of that sharpish…!!

I should be doing way better than this considering it’s almost the end of the month and I know weigh-in is coming up. Something has taken a hold and I need to shake it off sharpish. Feeling crappy after binging on rubbish foods isn’t a good feeling, and I hate myself at the time – I just need to recognise what I’m doing and take myself out of the situation before it begins.
