This week was pretty decent to be honest, though we have definitely taken the 80/20 approach. Eating out a couple of times (and a few drinkies here and there) meant that perfect choices weren’t made – but what can you say when you’re watching the football and rugby?!! Burgers and Beers are a necessity!

  • Dinner – Bacon & Cheeseburger with Fries – 1210 Cals

Total – 2166 Cals

Sunday

  • Breakfast – Beef Sausages, Granary Toast, Beans & Cheese – 530 Cals
  • Apple – 81 Cals
  • Dinner – Lamb Curry with Rice – 740 Cals

Total – 1351 Cals


 The week in general isn’t tooooo bad – but as always there are things that could be improved.

But hey ho, I had a pretty good week all in all!
