Another quite difficult week when it came to nutrition. Eating out, seeing friends and family and the apartment being all packed up, we just didn’t have the resources at some points!

So, at the end of this week…my breakdown was:

25% Protein / 38% Carbs / 37% Fats

Definitely not an ideal split, considering my goals are 45/35/20

It’s been really difficult when we are going around to see family and friends before leaving for Abu Dhabi on Saturday, we generally don’t have much control over what we are eating, but we have tried to make some indent by preparing salads for the day at the beach, or having a nutritious breakfast so as not to kick off the day in a bad way.

I just can’t wait to get over to Abu Dhabi and get healthy properly….
