That 28th Food Diary…

For full foodie details, remember you can follow me on My Fitness Pal

After last week – I was really looking forward to getting back on track nutritionally, and I think I managed it pretty damn well! I gave myself a couple of treats (and had a bit of a bad binge on Friday) – but I go on the ‘If It Fits Your Macros’ way of living, so it’s allowed 🙂

So, at the end of this week…my breakdown was:

37% Protein / 39% Carbs / 24% Fats

Yes yes I know, I’ve not been great this week. I had a real day on Thursday and just went on a binge of the kitchen (no one was home so the secret eater was out – doesn’t help when you then have to log everything!!)

We’ve got Matt’s leaving do next Friday, and so I want to look good for it. Also on Sunday, me and the family are having Afternoon Tea & Bedford Lodge Hotel again (read the write up on last time here) so the rest of the week has to be pretty perfect. I know that I can get away with having a little bit here and a little bit there, but I think sometimes that just turns into 3 days in a row of eating what I want and that’s going to take me straight back to square one – and I DEFINITELY don’t need that!

I really can’t wait until me and Matt are living together in Abu Dhabi and we can curb the binging by not actually having anything bad in the house. I’ll bake treats for us, but treats that are clean and healthy. I think the healthier, outdoor lifestyle is really going to help me get to where I want to be, and I know how supportive Matt already is about it all, so I’m really looking forward to it!
