Recipe: Choccy Peanut Butter Proats

I have recently been introduced to Proats. Protein-Oats. Two great words, combined to make a yummy (and very filling) breakfast or snack.

Perfect for post-training eats, with a strong nutritional balance.

Ingredients

(Makes 2 portions)

1 Cup Rolled Oats

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

2 tsp. Peanut Butter

1 Scoop Choc Protein Powder

200g Fage Greek Yoghurt

Brands I use: Alpro Almond Milk (you can use normal milk if you want), Meridan Crunchy Peanut Butter, Go Nutrition Diet Whey Protein


Method

– Put everything in a bowl and mix up

– Divide into 2 bowls

– Cover with cling film & pop into the fridge over night

– Uncover and enjoy! (You can top with bananas or nuts etc etc)
