So, at the end of this week…my breakdown was:

36% Protein / 37% Carbs / 27% Fats

 I’m not able to add the drinks that me and Matt had over the weekend, because frankly, I can’t remember how much we had to drink (it was quite a lot!) but it was a lot of fun. I’ve always said I’d be honest about what I eat and drink, and I am. I’m never going to lie and say that I didn’t have that dessert or those drinks, because that’s what I used to be like before – a secret eater. I’ve told myself that I will always be honest and tell you guys exactly what I’m doing – because it would be completely unrealistic to tell you otherwise!

I’m really getting my head down over the next couple of weeks so that I am ready for our week away and the wedding on May 9th. I’m not seeing Matt now until the beginning of May, as he’s off on the stag do – so it’s concentration time for me! Gym sessions planned, food planned – and I’m really going to try hard and stick to it all.
