This week has been another toughie. My mood has been down, along with my energy levels. But I’m still trying!!!

That Good Week…
– Managing to keep it going with 5 times around the full body circuits (no matter how much I didn’t want to do it!!)
– Having a lovely weekend with Matt and the family, going out for a yummy lunch & watching Hairspray at the local theatre.
– Being Oh-So-Close to BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!!!
That Bad Week…
– My mood during the week just generally being quite down, because sometimes feeling like I am working so hard but not seeing any changes…grrrrrrr!
I’ve got three days left of this work out plan, and then it’s the end of the month, with weights and measurements on Friday. After that it’s birthday weekend, and I will definitely be enjoying myself, but I am also going to try to keep up on the logging! I’m very excited about celebrating mine and Matts birthday’s together, and we have loads of different plans – so we are definitely going to be enjoying our time off!
