We’ve all done it at some point (me included) you ask the question hoping there is some magical and fast cure. Newsflash there isn’t one! There are certain reasons why some of us tend to cling on to belly fat but there is no reason why with the right diet and training that you can’t shift those unwanted pounds.
I am by no means an expert, just a mum of one with sheer determination stay in shape and see my abs for more than the first two hours of the day.
Here are a few interesting facts that were also news to me:
