So, as I previously mentioned, I may or may not have a sweet tooth.
Finding a recipe online for a dessert made out of avocado really threw me. Surely it isn’t going to taste good? But oh, how I was wrong! Simple to make, and look at how amazing it looks:

(Makes 4 servings)
1 x Avocado
2 x Tbsp Meridian Almond Butter
2 x Tbsp Cocoa Powder (we use this one)
150ml Almond Milk
2 x Scoop Choc Protein Powder (we use this one)
2 x Tbsp Raw Honey
– Put all ingredients in a blender and mix up (yep, it’s really that simple)
– Divide into 4 small bowls (or layer up with some strawberries like I did)
– Pop into the fridge for a couple of hours.
– Serve & enjoy!!
Per Serving – 257 Calories
16.5g Protein / 23g Carbs / 12.5g Fat
Please remember that the fats in this dessert are all perfectly heathy and good fats – so don’t worry too much about the numbers!
