– Smashing out the first week of the Bodybuilding.com Elite Body Programme

– Having a lovely Valentines Day with Matt

– Catching up with the lovely Mysha over a Green Tea on Wednesday

That Bad Week…

– Possibly eating more than I need to be (but I say, if your body is asking for food – give it some!!)


Next week…

Heading into Week Two of the programme is going to be tough. I have some serious work to do, and I need all of the motivation in the world to make sure that I absolutely smash it out! I’m trying to hold myself accountable, and I can see that the hard work is paying off. Let’s just keep going at this, and hopefully in two weeks, I will see some more changes in my measurements.

Matt is taking me to my first ever Football Match next weekend (Wolves vs Rotherham) and I am super excited. Beers will of course be involved…and it’s going to be a lot of fun!!
