Weights – 30 x Tricep Pull Downs at 12kg Cool Down – 1km on treadmill at 9.5k/h Wednesday Warm Up – 1km on Treadmill at 9.5k/h Squats – 110 at 15kg Tabata –

Cool Down – 1km on treadmill at 9.5k/h Thursday Warm Up – 1km on Treadmill at 9.5k/h Squats – 120 at 15kg Tabata –

On the 6th day of gym, I wasn’t really feeling it, so I didn’t actually do any tabata. I really didn’t want to do anything at all, but I made sure I still went and did the squats to stick to my challenge.

I have taken the weekend as rest days, because I know exactly what is coming next week! I’m still hitting up my own Squat Challenge, and this is how it’s looking: Screenshot_2015-01-17-19-01-43 So far I have completed 890 squats so far, and this week I am going to smash out another 800 just this week! That’s bloody crazy! But I’m gonna do it, and I’m gonna do it with a smile on my face (probably not). I am on the early’s at work this week, meaning that I start at 8am. The gym opens at 6:30am, and to be able to warm up and get all the squats in, I am going to have to be knocking on the door at 6:20!! If I don’t get any tabata in, I shall try and do a bit after work, but my month is predominantly focused on my Squat Challenge – and so that’s what I am going to concentrate on! Lets SMASH this!!!
