This is classic. And something I knew was coming…
ZERO weight difference. Zero!
I would be really pissed off – if I wasn’t already prepared for it. But the only reason I was prepared is because it’s happened to me every single time I’ve tried to lose weight. Week 2, no change – or even worse – an actual GAIN in weight!! So, this time around, I’m actually pretty happy that the scales have stayed still.
With the new start at work, and upping my gym game, I’m hoping to smash week 3 – let’s see what it brings!
