Well…I woke up this morning fearing that I wouldn’t actually be able to move. I went to bed with my legs in shatters and my shoulders aching, but actually woke up this morning relatively OK! I’m not saying that the Body Combat class last night hasn’t left a lasting effect – I can definitely feel the outcome of the lunge and squat tracks (2 and 6 if you remember!!) and my shoulders have that weirdly satisfying ache whenever I raise my arms. All in all, I feel pretty good.
See! It’s not too bad! Get over that first hurdle and you’re well on your way!!
I’m planning on a 5k run this evening to earn my dinner and then I have Legs, Bums and Tums booked for tomorrow evening.
